To keep a long story short, I couldn't unstiall some of the addons from GW2 (even when deleting the necessery files from my bin 64 of the game manually). So I decided to just cleanly unistall and reinstall the manager. The problem is I couldn't find any option or unstall.exe for the manager and couldn't find it under programms in the control ... I'm still getting this issue with v1.3. All the .dll's go to the addons folder, which I think is intended, but the extra arcDPS addons are not installed correctly. The base arcDPS addon gets installed, but the healing stats, clears, and killproof addons don't seem to get installed correctly.
