What I've been read, and from talking with a buddy is leading me to believe differently however.All 3.6 JKs use the non PUG (Pentastar Upgrade) and it wasn't until 2018 when the JLs were released that they updated the Wrangler engine. However, a jeep has a lot of other stuff that needs to be taken care of.
