If all tasks in the bucket are completed, the bucket and completed tasks get copied onto a separate archival Plan. What I can't do at the moment is delete the original bucket the task came from. Created a copy of a current plan in the Planner addon in Teams. The copy was no longer needed so it was deleted but it also deleted the original (parent) plan.
