I think the prop slip calculator could possibly "show" a 0% or negative slip in the math, if the advertised pitch is low, or has a ton of cup maybe? It makes perfect sense. More weight = more drag = more prop slip. Prop slip IS the variable in boat performance. It accounts for weight, drag, aerodynamics, etc. complied into one variable.
