Lifeguard Training: Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center is partnering with the Hendrix Aquatic Center to offer American Red Cross Lifeguard training. The training will be held Saturday, April 22, and Sunday, April 23, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Participants must be at least 15 years of age on the training day.
